Sarah Hinds is the current President of the Board of Directors for Agape Community Ministries. She is a digital marketing professional and small business owner.  A committed and steady leader, she guides teams in developing holistic strategies that solve their company needs.

Sarah was an active member at Agape Church of Christ in the financial ministry and leadership with Ron and Lori Clark.

When not working, Sarah is active helping her family and community in various ways.  Her hope is that everyone she comes in contact with feels valued.

Vice President

Amy Danner is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in banking operations, project management, and team development. A native of Chillicothe, MO, Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Missouri State University and has since built a career focused on leadership, process improvement, and associate development.

Throughout her career, Amy has played a key role in optimizing performance, streamlining processes, and mentoring teams to achieve organizational success. Her expertise in training, management, and performance optimization has contributed to the advancement of multiple organizations, where she has been recognized for her proactive, lead-by-example leadership style. Amy works as a Business Execution Consultant for Wells Fargo in Minneapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and listening to her favorite era of music. Amy attends River Valley Church in Shakopee, MN.

Amy currently resides in Rosemount, MN.

Secretary/Treasurer

Kayla Jones brings 18 years of professional experience in the sportswear industry working across Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. She currently leads Finance Operations for Adidas North America, leveraging her expertise to drive strategic finance initiatives.

Outside of her professional life, Kayla has been happily married to David for 12 years, and they have two children. She was an active member of Agape Church of Christ for many years, where she served alongside Ron and Lori.  Kayla and her family are now part of Cedar Mill Bible Church in Portland, Oregon where she is involved with the Kids Ministry. 

In her downtime, Kayla enjoys exploring parks with her family, baking and cooking new recipes (especially keeping her sourdough starter alive), and finding new places to explore in the Pacific Northwest.

Christy Vartanian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon, with 25 years of experiencing working in children’s mental health. Christy has a passion for supporting children and families in her community, and feels strongly about advancing awareness of domestic violence and strengthening resources for survivors and their families.  

Christy and her husband Aris attend East County church in Gresham, Oregon along with Ron & Lori Clark. Christy’s two children are both in college, her daughter is studying social work and her son is studying psychology, and she could not be more proud!  

 Brian is a committed stay-at-home dad proudly supporting his wife’s career goals. He is a lifelong learner with degrees from Oklahoma Christian University (B.A.) and the University of Central Oklahoma (M.A.), in addition to professional certificates from Universität Wien and Cornell University. Trained as a content writer, he possesses a unique blend of expertise across creative, technical, and academic writing styles.

Enthusiastic about his faith, Brian has participated in church planting efforts in North City St. Louis and Vienna, Austria. While in Vienna, Brian also taught adjunct courses at International University-Wien. These experiences remain significant to his spiritual development.

Brian enjoys playing boardgames, reading, writing poetry, and gardening. 

David has 15 years of experience in the health insurance industry, specializing in operations and Information Services. He is known for his strategic approach and his leadership in navigating complex challenges within the health insurance sector. David is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration.

Married to Kayla, he is the proud dad to Gavin and Rylie. David and Kayla were active members of Agape Church of Christ where they served alongside Ron and Lori. Today they reside in Portland Oregon where they are members of Cedar Mill Bible Church.

David is a coffee enthusiast and enjoys the outdoors, often finding time for running and other outdoor adventures. Most of all he values quality time spent with his family.
